Burndown charts
Shows team progress on a timeline. The release burndown displays ideal days or points directly in the project view . The Sprint burndown has support for points, ideal days and graphical comparisons in the project view. Powerful analysis can be done by drilling down on specific dates, compare signatures, use intelligent predictions etc.

Resources can belong to a multiple number of resource groups. This makes resource usage easier to coordinate in organisations with a matrix structure.
View average allocation
Average allocation can be viewed for all resources, per group, per project and per group in project. Allocation issues can in this way be managed on different levels.
Vacation tool
The vacation tool allows you to manage vacations, events etc on an individual level. This is done in a visually straightforward way without unnecessary bureaucracy added.
Integrated time reporting module
Save administrative time using one tool instead of several systems. Time can be reported on individual tasks, which enables the project manager to view actual work compared with budgeted work. Period time reports are generated by one click, timesheets can be customised in any style you prefer and report rows can be added or removed to increase precision in hour reporting.

Resource usage can be analysed and managed for the organisation as a whole. The “Find-all function” helps you find and analyse information in multiple projects (e.g. what all programmers are doing in all projects or find which engineering tasks are overdue in your company). The integration is certified by Perforce and provides full real-time synchronization of data between Hansoft and Perforce, fast and easy to setup for the user. One important feature is the ability to configure the integration uniquely per project in Hansoft. In this way, different projects have different sets of data synchronized.
Hansoft – LDAP ready made integration
The LDAP integration allows you to automate resource creation and changes. For example, you can automatically pair already created Hansoft accounts with LDAP users and account based on LDAP searches.
