Senior Production Expert (Game Development)
Job Description
As Senior Production Expert you will be an evangelist of our production management best practice ideas within the games development industry. You will work closely with the CEO as well as the sales and tech support team. The position is based out of our office in Uppsala, Sweden, and the job includes extensive worldwide travel.
Tasks include, amongst others:

- Visiting customers worldwide within game development for training and consulting services on Hansoft usage, project management and quality assurance best practices. These services will also be provided remotely.

- Supporting the sales team in the processes of closing high revenue deals.

- Being the internal point of contact for best practice support questions.

- Train and support our consulting partners worldwide.

- Actively participate in the research and development of Hansoft best practice ideas and knowledge.

- You will perform presentations at seminars and conferences worldwide and participate in online forum discussions on production management best practices.
Job Requirements

- You have experience as producer, project manager, development director or similar in large scale teams within the games development industry, preferably shipping AAA multiplatform titles.
- You are a creative go getter with excellent customer-relationship and presentation skills.
- You have a passion for advanced project management practices and are experienced with agile methods such as Scrum.
- You are focused, disciplined and have the ability to work and prioritise without specific instruction. Independent decision-making is a fundamental part of the job and occurs regularly and in high-pressure situations.
- You are a doer with a strong drive and an entrepreneurial mindset. You need to appreciate both the possibilities and challenges of a small but growing dynamic entrepreneurial company.
- You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. English at mother tongue level. International applicants are very welcome since English is our corporate language.
